eCommerce can be added to our Best Package but is not available for the Basic or Better packages due to their limitations. Setting up eCommerce is complex and time-intensive, so we cannot promise it will be ready within one month. There will be an additional fee for this service. We strongly recommend considering eCommerce as a ‘Phase 2’ addition if you aim to launch your main site on time and within budget. eCommerce is also available as part of a fully custom website. Yes. We offer interest-free financing/payment plans on all of our websites. 

Yes. We offer on-going maintenance for sites we built, local SEO services, content creation, social media management, and more. We are happy to discuss these services with you on your discovery or kickoff call!

This is what we call “scope creep,” and it happens EVERY time. While we like to be flexible and responsive to your needs, we also like to deliver what we promise within the time frames and budgets we have presented.

If you have chosen one of our semi-customer websites, new functions and add-ons are not possible during your initial build and may not be available at all on your package. This is why we encourage you to book a discovery call with us before committing to a specific site style. Discussing your overall goals for your business helps us help you choose the right website build for you. It also helps us help you save money in the long run!

If you have chosen to work with us on a fully customer website and ask us to add new features to your website while we are building it, we will most likely ask why.

If we all agree that your new request will help us achieve our collective objectives without disrupting the timeline or budget, we will be more than happy to oblige.

If your new feature is not directly tied to your original objectives or deliverables or will increase build time significantly, we will suggest a schedule for the next phase of additions to the website once it has launched. This will require a new proposal.

Once your website is launched, we will provide 30 days of support to make sure any wrinkles have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website. After the 30-day period, you may to subscribe to one of our ongoing website care plans to make sure your website is maintained. These website care plans include updating your software, regular backups, security checks, ensuring your website is online and open for business 24/7/365, and a specific number of change requests per month.

You will also have access to training for DIY changes in your client portal.
